I orderd here during the sale. You will think that shipping take some time during there busy sale days. But it was shipped out verry fast. After shipping i saw that DHL wrote my adres wrong. I reached out to outcast with this problem and they solved it immediately. They send me a new package with the same dresses too another address. After all my fist package came so i will return the second one because i font need 4 the same dressed ofcourse. But it showed how they really care for there customers. They gave me the trust to send another (free) package i did not have to pay a thing for shipping. And ofcourse they asked that if i get both, i will return one. I am so happy to see the trust they had in me and how quickly they respond every time! And on the side, both dresses are amazing with beautiful thick quality!! I will order again. I normally wear M and now i orders S but that could have been XS!
