We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made to an order once placed, so please ensure you check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order. We aim to have all orders shipped out within the first 24 hours, which only allows a small window to make any updates to your orders.

To ensure we can dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to edit items within an order or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Once you have received your order we offer a 30 days return policy. Please click here to review our return policy.

If your package is returned to the sender, in accordance with our policy, we will issue you with a store credit less the return to sender shipping fees and any applicable import or tax charges once we receive your order. Return to sender packages can take up to 30 business days to arrive back into our warehouse.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit please contact the shipping courier at your earliest convenience. Once deemed as lost send through correspondence to our customer service team at customerhappiness@outcast-clothing.com for further support.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any control over that delivery. It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address.

If your parcel is missing or stolen and you have thoroughly checked the premises, neighbors or front reception/mail rooms, please contact your shipping courier. Outcast is not responsible for any missing or stolen parcels, once delivered to the nominated shipping address.

Outcast orders are packaged and shipped with care and carefully sealed upon dispatch from our warehouse. Outcast is not responsible for any damaged parcels once dispatched. If you believe your parcel has been damaged in transit please contact your shipping courier delivering your parcel and send through photos to our team at customerhappiness@outcast-clothing.com

The product price is inclusive of all duties and taxes when completing your purchase. The duties and taxes are covered by Outcast and no further fee's will be required upon entry.
