Shopping with Outcast is fun, easy and quick.. As it should be! But if you don't love your item we have a super simple return policy. Making it worry free and easy to shop with us. 

-You can return any full price item within 14  days of purchase for an E- store Credit 

- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded

-All returns will automatically be issued an E-Store Credit that will allow you to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size

-We don't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, including orders using Afterpay

-Please take due care when trying on any product(s) 

 

CONDITION OF RETURN

-All product(s) must be returned:
unworn and unwashed
with all original tags still attached
not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder & Free of make-up or tan marks 

- We cannot accept returns on Free Bras, Swimwear, and intimates due to hygiene reasons. 

-All shoes must be returned:
in original shoebox (if received with shoebox)
without postage labels

    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? 
     

    -Please ship the parcel to our mailing address below via a trackable Australia Post Method. All shipping charges are responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice in your parcel and make sure your full name is printed correctly. 

    -Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item/s.

    ASSESSING THE RETURN
    Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

    (If a refund needs to be processed it will take 5-10 working days)
