Influencer Marketing Coordinator - Los Angeles, USA
The Outcast team is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team in the US. The influencer marketing coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day management of the influencer program across Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube & Snapchat. This is an incredibly critical role in growing Outcast’s brand presence and connection to the community and requires both a creative and analytical thinker.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships and content creators, including compensation and contractual agreements.
- Track and analyze influencer marketing campaigns to measure their impact and ROI.
- Keep a pulse on marketing trends—report on weekly competitive research and new initiatives.
- Sit in on marketing meetings and brainstorms; actively participate in the development of marketing strategies.
- Maintain briefs and support plan materials (strategy documents, content briefs, timelines, etc.).
- Keep track of all partner posts to ensure all deliverables are completed.
- Work with marketing to coordinate product seeding to keep every ambassador equipped with the latest product.
- Maintain and update CreatorIQ + Tribe Dynamics (our influencer management platform); keep campaigns and content on the platform organized and up to date.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or PR.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle a variety of initiatives and adjust to changing timelines and priorities.
- Experience in fashion, intimate apparel, and/or e-commerce preferred.
- Proven track record of identifying problems, demonstrated use of initiative thinking, and implementation of appropriate solutions.

As the Social Media Manager, you will lead the development and execution of social media strategies, oversee content creation, drive community engagement, analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, and ensure alignment between social media efforts and broader brand objectives. They will also manage budgets, stay informed on industry trends, and collaborate across teams to strengthen the brand's presence and impact online
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy for each platform that amplifies brand awareness, drives engagement, and builds a loyal community across Instagram stories, Tik Tok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to keep Outcast at the forefront of the digital landscape.

- Work with the creative director on the creation of innovative content, ensuring every post is on-brand and speaks directly to our audience.
- Lead on weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Set KPIs and leverage data to measure success, optimizing campaigns and strategies for maximum performance.
- Bring cohesive 360-degree campaigns to life on social media to amplify events, marketing, influencer, & creative programs including creative strategy, calendar etc.
