Founded in Australia in 2015, Outcast Clothing emerged as the passion project of Paris Marchant and Lawrence Lees. What started as a small business selling bikinis out of a one-bedroom apartment quickly grew into a global brand with offices in the Gold Coast, Los Angeles, and London.
We’re often spotted at festivals, at the afters, and all over your feed. Outcast is the go-to brand for girls who love to make an entrance — and give everyone something to talk about long after they leave.
Every piece is designed in-house by a team who obsesses over every detail. We dream up the looks we want to be seen in. Our designs are often imitated, which we take as a compliment. We’re popular for a reason.
Driven by a people-first culture where ideas move quickly, Outcast celebrates creativity and collaboration. We think the best ideas come from a team that’s passionate about what they do inside and outside of work. Better stories make better clothes.
At its core, Outcast is a family of people who celebrate and support each other. We encourage time off for mental health, make wellness part of the routine, and work out together weekly. As a primarily female team, we’re passionate about creating space for women to lead with confidence and champion each other’s ideas. We work just as hard as we play, and encourage our team to enjoy their lives outside of work to the fullest.
